To a more recent multi-year position (2016-2021) at ABS Real Estate Partners Inc. (www.absre.com) a Manhattan based owner, developer, and asset manager of 4M million sq ft of Real Estate Holdings where the undertakings of acquisitions, deal underwriting, and capital formation (debt and equity) occurred regularly through working alongside the firm's principles.
